Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently recruiting a Swedish OR Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent, to join their client, a leading nutrition supplier based in Essex. Ideally, you will be a gifted communicator who thrives on delivering excellent customer service to Swedish OR Dutch speaking clients via email, phone, and specified social media channels. Bilingual Swedish OR Dutch Customer Service Agent - Main Duties:
- Reply to client’s requests through email and/or incoming call and aim to resolve their queries within the first reply
- Manage queries within set timeframes
- Handle all issues with utmost efficiency and providing an excellent customer experience
- Work as part of a team and reporting on any trends in incoming queries
- Offer translation support from English into Swedish OR Dutch
- Ad hoc social media projects and content writing on company’s social media outlet
Bilingual Swedish OR Dutch Customer Service Agent - Main Requirements:
- Native level fluency in spoken and written Swedish OR Dutch together with excellent English language skills
- Able to work in fast pace environment with friendly personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer Service experience is a plus but not essential
- Experience in retail would be beneficial although not essential
- Role is based on business park so own transport would be beneficial although the location is accessible by public transport
Working Hours and benefits:
