Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is Language Recruitment Services is urgently searching for motivated German Speaking Customer Service Advisors to join our client based in London; you will be offering first-class customer service to German speaking clients both over the phone and online. Duties of the German Speaking Customer Service Advisor:
- Receiving and actioning client enquiries on the phone, via email and also through several online chat channels
- Processing exchanges and payment refunds when appropriate
- Answering enquiries coming in from other internal departments
- Logging all customer queries onto the in-house systems efficiently
- Placing order and making amendments when necessary
- Daily liaison with warehouse contacts to ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times
- Dealing with expeditors on several different systems when necessary
- Gradually building up excellent product knowledge and be able to pass it on effectively to clients
Requirements of the German Speaking Customer Service Advisor:
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Experience in Customer Services, either through work in an office or in hospitality, is essential
- Good MS Office and top-notch telephone skills
- Great motivation and flexibility is essential
- A team player’s attitude is essential for this role
Peak Operating Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-10pm, Sat-Sun 8am-8pm, Bank Hols 10am-4pm
Non-Peak Op Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-8pm, Sat-Sun 9-5.30pm, Bank Hols 10am-4pm
