Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently recruiting an Italian Speaking Customer Service Agent, to join their client, a leading nutrition supplier based in Essex. Ideally, you will be a gifted communicator who thrives on delivering excellent customer service to Italian speaking clients via email, phone, and specified social media channels. Italian Customer Service Agent - Main Duties:
Reply to clients requests through email and/or incoming call and aim to resolve their queries within the first reply
Manage queries within set timeframes
Handle all issues with utmost efficiency and providing an excellent customer experience
Work as part of a team and reporting on any trends in incoming queries
Offer translation support from English into Italian
Ad hoc social media projects and content writing on companys social media outlet
Italian Customer Service Agent - Main Requirements:
Native level fluency in spoken and written Italian together with good English language skills
Able to work in fast pace environment with friendly personality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer Service experience is a plus but not essential
Experience in retail would be beneficial although not essential
Role is based on business park so own transport would be beneficial although the location is accessible by public transport
Working Hours and benefits:
8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday
