Fantastic opportunity for a French speaking Admin Assistant to join a busy team in a well-established international company in lovely offices in central London.
LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is currently recruiting a French speaking Admin Assistant for their client in the retail sector based in central London.

French speaking Admin Assistant duties will include:
Answering and forwarding incoming phone calls
Meeting and greeting visitors and clients
Arranging appointments and meetings, preparing schedules
Organising travel arrangements in line with company policy
Distributing and file incoming post
Maintaining office supplies and equipment
Liaising with external providers and dealing with office management queries
Assisting with diary management for CEO and Team when required
Undertaking general administrative tasks including document preparation, filing and ad hoc project work.

French speaking Admin Assistant Profile:
Native level of French and business level fluency in English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Excellent organisational, communication and administrative skills
Knowledge of administrative processes
Available to attend interview and start at short notice
