| Description: | A European translation company that specialises in technical and commercial translations is urgently seeking translators to extend their team and currently have a vacancy for a Danish speaking in-house translator.
Daily responsibilities:
*Translation and revision of technical, commercial and IT texts.
*Ensuring that translations are finished in time with client deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy
*Liaising with the in-house translation team effectively
Requirements:
*A degree or postgraduate diploma in Languages or Translation Studies is required but all levels of experience will be considered.
*Fluency in English is essential because you will be required to translate documents from English into Danish
*Excellent Microsoft Office skills together with knowledge of CAT tools (eg. SDLX, or Trados would be a distinct advantage)
The salary for these positions will be based on individual applicant's qualifications and practical translating experience and is in line with the UK translation industry average.
Training and development are of utmost importance for this company so you can expect to be nurtured if you are offered one of these permanent long term positions. You will be working in modern, spacious offices located in South West England.
