| Description: | Job Title: German and Dutch Speaking Contract Compliance Coordinator Location: London Contract: 6 month fixed term contract - possible extension to permanent contract Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently recruiting for a German and Dutch Speaking Contract Compliance Administrator for a leading global services company that specialises in offering employee benefit solutions, talent and reward solutions and risk and capital management solutions for their associates around the world. The Corporate Contract Compliance Division of the business concentrates on the implementation of processes that supports consultants globally and protects the business from risks by ensuring that policies and procedures for the agreements with clients are followed. As a Contract Compliance Administrator within the division, you will have responsibility for performing quality assurance reviews on executed contracts and approving projects for Europe. You will also be required to advise consultants on contracting policies. The Role *Working in a team of two you will be reviewing German, Dutch and English client contracts executed by branch offices in Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden and Switzerland - ensuring that all contracts are executed in accordance with internal policies *Developing and maintaining relationships internally and collaborating effectively with internal teams *Liaising between Legal Resources Group and Global Project Control Group, consultants and Project Administrators in Europe *Providing guidance to consultants on contracting policies and procedures *Approving projects for revenue recognition based on compliance reviews *Supporting ad-hoc projects when necessary Requirements *Fluent or native level English, German and Dutch language skills *Experience with contracts or professional service agreements or equivalent administrative experience *Excellent administrative skills and the ability to remain organised and manage multiple clients and projects seamlessly * The ability to self-manage within your role, as well as the ability to escalate issues to senior colleagues when necessary for complex issues *Excellent time management skills, effectively working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines *Strong client service orientation and diplomatic written and verbal communication skills Applications can only be accepted from individuals who are eligible to work in the UK Please bear in mind that you may not hear from us immediately.
