Language Recruitment Services (LRS) are currently recruiting for Customer Care advisors for their client who, due to the sizeable growth of their business is expanding rapidly. Working in offices based just outside of London; speed and delivery are key elements for this position as you will be dealing with customers from all over the world and will be delivering a service that will be second to none.
Responsibilities:
Working in the Customer Care department, you will be responsible for:
*Providing updated help guides to the customers
*Processing orders and ensuring that all sales are processed in time and handled correctly
*Answering all enquiries from customers via email and escalating issues when necessary
*Dealing with enquiries and customer complaints over the telephone and offering solutions to ongoing issues
Requirements:
*Passionate about helping people and making customers happy
*Confident in making decisions
*The ability to work well in a fast and changeable environment
*Previous experience in customer service would be a great advantage
*Excellent attention to detail
*Able to work shifts
*Excellent written and spoken German language skills
