| Description: | Job Title: German Speaking Customer Care Adviser Ref: NH011213 Location: South East (LRS) Language Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a German Speaking Customer Care Adviser to handle inbound and outbound calls to clients and to provide outstanding Customer Services. You will be working as part of a team in a busy and fun environment and you will need to be confident and motivated to succeed. Responsibilities: *To respond to customer queries either via email, letter or phone *To provide efficient, caring and professional support to customers for Ecommerce and Customer Loyalty Scheme queries *To conduct outbound telemarketing calls to customers *To report problems to the management team in a timely manner when necessary *To reach and exceed KPIs with regard to call response times *To coach and advise new customers about products with a confident and patient telephone manner Experience: *Excellent English language skills (both verbal and written) is essential *Fluency to native level in German (both written and spoken) *Computer Literate, accurate and numerate *Proven experience in retail, call centre or similar environment desirable *Telemarketing and letter writing experience desirable Thank you for applying to Language Recruitment Services, the Specialists in Language Recruitment.
