| Description: | German Speaking Customer Service Representative Job Title: German Speaking Customer Service Representative Reporting to: Team Manager (LRS) is currently recruiting for Customer Service Representatives with German language skills to act as the first point of contact for their client based in offices in London. You will be providing first class customer services both in writing and over the telephone and will be responsible for the reputation of this high profile client, your communication skills and professionalism will need to shine through. Main Duties: *Effectively manage inbound and/or outbound telephone calls, email and postal mail from existing customers and prospects and provide an excellent level of customer service *Exceeding targets and objectives as set out by the Team Manager *Display understanding and knowledge of the client's products and services *Able to calmly and effectively deal with customer complaints *Full life cycle handing of customer complaints from registration to resolution *Highlight ideas for continuous improvement throughout the business *Keep informed with developments in the industry and local markets Key Experience and Skills: *Fluency in German (both written and verbal) *Fluency in Italian, Spanish or French would also be an advantage *Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service environment *Able to compose emails and letters, using excellent spelling and grammar *Able to effectively build rapport with customers *Strong team player and well developed listening skills *Flexible approach to work, eager to take on additional tasks and responsibilities *Experience of IT systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel and the Internet Thank you for applying to Language Recruitment Services, the Specialists in Language Recruitment.
