Our client, a global communications company based in Dorset is currently recruiting a Customer Service Agent with Danish.
Responsibilities include, answering and resolving customer queries in a professional and confident manner. Recording and logging information on the company database, highlighting and reporting issues to the line manager.
Requirements
Fluency in written and spoken norwegian and English
Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
Ability to use initiative and take on responsibility
Good team spirit
