Our client, an international software company based in central London, is currently seeking a Portuguese speaking Community Team Leader to work within their busy Moderation department.
This is a varied and challenging role which would suit self-motivated, organised and customer-focused individuals who are able to lead and motivate a team. Candidates must have a passion for gaming and on-line communication
Responsibilities:
*Providing support to the Moderation team, contributing to the development and mentoring of the team
*Arranging regular meetings, shift coverage, assisting with the recruitment of Moderators
*Maintaining on-line presence in community forums, monitoring Moderator activities
*Liaising with marketing to assist with events organisation, suggesting new ideas and improvements for events
*Recruitment of and management of volunteers
*Collecting regular feedback from Moderators and creating weekly activity reports
*Informing team of updates and announcements, research into competitor activity
Requirements
*Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
*Lotus Notes
*Knowledge of on-line communities and communication
*Knowledge of gaming (console and on-line)
*Excellent communication and IT skills
*Experience of Lithium or Bulletin Board/Forum products and advantage
*Ability to work within and manage a team

Candidates are required to be available for both day and evening shifts 10am-12am Mon-Sun
37.5 hours per week
Candidates may be occasionally required to work from home
