(LRS) Language Recruitment Services is currently looking for a proactive and dedicated Claims Processing Coordinator with Italian for our client, an international company based in West London.
This role will suit a candidate with B2B customer service, order processing, supply chain management or credit control background
You will manage disputes and claims processes and play a pivotal role in optimising cash flow by resolving issues promptly and accurately in this fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for third-party suppliers and internal/external stakeholders, driving effective communication and resolution.
Manage credit notes and refunds in alignment with contractual agreements and internal procedures.
Collaborate with Reporting Analyst to provide insightful reporting to senior management.
Support Claims Manager in achieving KPIs and SLAs.
Monitor account risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Facilitate smooth operations by providing management support and accurate data.
Requirements:
Extensive knowledge of European logistics, particularly Italian logistics companies
Fluent in business Italian.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage escalations and prioritise tasks effectively.
Proven experience in claims and dispute resolution.
