Candidate Recruitment Process

Please find below a brief overview of our Recruitment Process from sending your application to a potential job offer. Our consultants are always willing to help with any questions.

Job Briefing

Once we have identified a suitable job opportunity that meets your interests, we will brief you about the position over the phone. This will be followed by an email outlining the full job description, including the location, salary level and other relevant information.

Should you wish to be considered for the vacancy, you will be invited for an interview at the LRS headquarters. Here, you will meet an experienced Consultant to discuss your experience, qualifications and the role in greater detail.

Good To Know

•You may be required to carry out some skill tests, depending on the nature of the vacancy.

•We ask that you bring along proof of identification for our records.

•If applicable, you may be provided with advice about the layout and contents of your CV.

Submission of CV to the Client Company

Client Interview

Congratulations on getting to this stage! Once you have been invited for an interview, our expert team will brief you on what to expect. We are on hand to provide information on the company, useful interview tips and clear travel directions.
