LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is working with an established company, based in Central London, seeking an Account Coordinator with Dutch or Polish language to native level to join their dynamic, expanding team.
The right candidate will be a team player who takes responsibility for their clients and has excellent attention to detail and the confident to deal with clients directly. You will be expected to answer all enquiries quickly and professionally, following up with all necessary documentation and accurately updating the system as well as some translation of manuals and information and updates to be made to the website where necessary.
The role includes daily liaising with experts and claims specialists to provide the best possible service for our clients. A great place to grow your client relationship skills and learn about the sector within an expanding global company.
Requirements of the Account Coordinator with Dutch or Polish
• Bilingual speaker of Polish and or Dutch and English
• Additional European languages Highly desirable
• Experience in a customer service environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good level of Microsoft Office including excel.
• Strong administrative capabilities and ability to follow company procedures
• Proven team leading experience a plus
• Ability to work to a tight deadline
