Strong Account Director account management/ client service experience in either marketing, advertising agency, media agency, technology, ecommerce or similar businesses

Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently looking for either an International Account Director CRM and Loyalty Marketing – based in London to work for a prestigious global marketing company

Account Director CRM and Loyalty Marketing – Duties:

• Managing a team of talented Account Managers and Executives
• Dealing with top accounts: developing strategies
• Responsible for Client Account's growth and maintenance
• Making sure all  marketing campaigns are highly optimised
• Running strategic client’s analysis
• Client relationship building
• Being a sector expert
• Working with and leading an international minded marketing team
• International contract negotiations
• International meetings and presentations

Account Director CRM and Loyalty Marketing must have:

• Background in either CRM and or Loyalty Marketing
• Senior Account Manager or Account Director level
• At least 6 years client service management experience either in the marketing, tech, media agency experience or similar
• Previous team or people management experience
• Passion for marketing and technology
• Excellent relationship building and communication skills
• Languages are a distinct advantage
