Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently looking for an inside sales executive, customer service advisor, order processing and sales administrator to join a world-renowned and award-winning company based in London
This is a fantastic opportunity for an engaging account manager looking to use their Italian language skills

Inside sales executive, Italian speaking - Main Duties:
- Provide first-rate account management while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Manage queries and quote requests from partners & dealers in a timely manner
- Process orders and follow-up on all delivery issues
- Effectively communicate with other internal departments, i.e. technical support, inside sales, credit control, logistics to ensure on-time delivery
- Process return queries, warranties and refunds where needed
- Confirm orders and communicate with suppliers
- Work as part of a lively international sales team, and support the sales effort

Profile of the Inside sales executive, Italian speaking
- English with Fluent Italian spoken and Written
- Previous B to B customer service experience in manufacturing or product centric industry 
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good organisation and relationship building skills
-  Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to provide great customer service / sales support
- Proficient in MS office
- confident user of CRM systems such as Salesforce or SAP is a plus

This role is ideal for a candidate with a background in customer service, sales support, order processing, wholesales or account management dealing with product/produce. For this role we will also consider applicants with experience in inside sales, inbound sales, client relationship management.
