Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is recruiting a German Speaking Account Manager- Events for their client, a prestigious events management company with an outstanding reputation. Based in the heart of London, you will have the opportunity to cover some of the world’s most leading brands in the German marketplace and ensure outstanding quality of events management taking place in the DACH region.

Responsibilities of the German Speaking Account Manager - Events:

• Ensure excellent quality client relationship with key decision makers is delivered at all times

• Lead generation - Identify and recruit participants for the events

• Analyse quality of events and provide feedback to other teams

• Work closely with the marketing teams to discuss marketing strategies

• Drive engagement for new and existing customers to ensure business growth

• Identity how the team can improve quality of events

• Maximise business opportunities through upsell to existing clients

Requirements of the German Speaking Customer Success Manager:

• Fluent in German to native level and a good level of English

• Strong communication and influential skills

• Experience in a B2B role, ideally in events or technology desirable

• Excellent negotiation and cross selling skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritise

• Commercially driven with a willingness to succeed
