Location: Hybrid / Southwest London / Surrey

Salary: up to £ 29,000 + generous bonus + excellent benefits

A great opportunity has arisen for an Inside Sales Account Manager with Italian to manage relationships with existing clients while providing hands on support to sales management.

LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is currently seeking a Italian speaking Account Manager/Inside Sales Executive for their client, a global organisation based in Southwest London / Surrey.

Account Manager - Inside Sales – Italian speaking - duties:

• Managing key accounts and relationships with international clients in the technology market

• Quote and negotiate prices, process orders and ensure smooth delivery processes

• Liaising with other internal stakeholders including logistics, marketing, warehouse and finance

• Maintain close contact with clients to provide product information and customer service

• Support Business Development Managers in the field

• Collaborate with the administrative department to resolve returns orders

• Occasional travel to customer sites and exhibitions

Account Manager - Inside Sales – Italian Speaking requirements:

• Fluency in Italian as well as English both written and spoken

• Excellent phone, email, and social media skills

• Experience in either customer service or account management in a B2B or B2C environment

• Strong communication and relationship building skills

• Ability to work as part of a team with an interest in technology
