Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently looking for an Accounts Assistant for an international tourism company passionate about providing top service within an exciting market. This is a fantastic opportunity if you enjoy working within a small team, and have experience of the tour industry and are an experienced bookkeeper/accounts assistant.


Duties of the Accounts Assistant
• Managing daily payments to suppliers
• Daily reconciliation
• Managing Credit limits
• Cash flow management
• Salary payment
• Budget reports
• Preparing accounts and tax returns
• Payroll and income and expenditure
• Maintaining credit score


Requirements of the Accounts Assistant
• Fluent in English and preferably Mandarin (not essential)
• Previous Travel industry Experience
• Great organisational skills
• Confident communicator, both verbal and written
• Enjoys working in a team
• Independent and capable of managing own workload
• This position offers great holiday benefits.
• knowledge of TOMS and Xero ideal
