Accounts Receivable Analyst

Based in south-west London, near to Wimbledon, Kingston, and Sunbury 20 minutes from Waterloo/London Bridge

Salary – up to £25,000 depending on experience & excellent benefits 

LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join the accounts department of a global software company based in South-West of London.

Main duties include:

• Processing refunds for online purchases

• Issuing system credits

• Dealing with credit card and online payment claims

• Coordinating with internal departments to resolve customer queries

• Providing necessary support within the team at month end

• Understanding of UK VAT and understand when to disallow VAT

• Applying payments and clearing down invoices

• Preparing necessary documentation required for auditing purposes

• Regular reconciliation of accounts

   

Requirements:

• Previous experience in similar accounts position

• Ability to deal with bank reconciliations

• Good knowledge of excel

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Good Interpersonal skills
