Administrator with Italian
Location - London / Hybrid
Salary – up to £35,000 per annum + excellent benefits

LRS is recruiting a Administrator with Italian to join the busy and progressive environment of their client, a notaries based in London and cover a diverse range of European clients.
Responsibilities of the Administrator with Italian
Hands on support to line management with drafting, approving and scanning legal documents for clients, making amendments where necessary
Review and format documents on Microsoft Word and other systems
Respond to client calls and emails in a timely manner
Organise transport and delivery of documents
Liaise with the finance team to organise payments
Requirements of the Administrator with Italian
Fluent in Italian to native level and a good level of English. Another European language in addition to Italian would be a plus
Experience in a hands-on administrative role or a degree in Law
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Deadline oriented and pro-active
Strong IT skills and knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, especially Word
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work both in a team and independently
