For a famous company operating in the luxury sector with offices all over the world

Arabic, Mandarin or Russian Supervisor Customer Service Manager/ Cashier Specialist Luxury - Face to Face - Niche Field Duties:
- Dealing with customers both face to face and via other channels to develop long-term relationships
- Drafting monthly reports about client and visitor’s trends
- Supervising the team, recruiting them and training them
- Dealing with queries and complaints in a professional manner
- Making sure the luxury area and reception area is always kept to high standards and the visual standards are kept to the best level
- Keeping great relationships with marketing and sales departments
- Responsible for the luxury area cash handling
- Finding opportunities from clients upselling and cross selling
- Overseeing the team its performance and improving its performance when needed

Arabic, Mandarin or Russian Supervisor Customer Service Manager/ Cashier Specialist Luxury - Face to Face - Niche Field to apply for this exciting role you will need to have:
- Fluent in either Arabic, French or Mandarin as well as English
- Previous face to face Customer Service Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor within the luxury or similar environment
- Cash handling expertise with a variety of different clients
- Face to face customer contacts experience
- Great communication skills
- Some shifts work but not excessive - NO Night shifts
