Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently recruiting for an Arabic Speaking Secretary for our well established and prestigious client in Private Banking.

The Arabic speaking secretary will support the Head of Private Banking and the team providing administrative and secretarial support.

This is a great opportunity for a highly organised, well presented professional assistant who enjoys a busy role and is keen to make use of their fluency in Arabic and English. The successful candidate will also be hospitable, friendly and helpful to the Division’s customers.

Duties of the Arabic Speaking Secretary:

• Diary management  & Travel arrangements
• General administrative support for the team

• Meet and greet Division customers
• Ad hoc research for division mangers
• Dealing with phone queries
• Minute taking
• Arrange meeting rooms

Requirements of the Arabic Speaking Secretary

• Highly professional and smartly presented
• Solid relevant experience.
• Ability to maintain efficiency under pressure
• Proactive self-starter, who is quick to learn
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills
• Customer focused, flexible and friendly attitude
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise
• Proficient in MS Office, with good typing skills
