Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently recruiting for an Arabic speaking Client Services Assistant for our well established and prestigious banking client in their Central London offices.

 

The Client Services Assistant will work within the Private Banking team, assisting Client Managers in their daily operations, including operational and administrative banking activities.

  

Main Duties:

  • Support the client managers on ad-hoc tasks and duties, including maintaining business relationships with High Net Worth and VIP customers

  • Prepare account opening packages, conduct due diligence checks including risk assessments

  • Manage credit applications and process debit cards including conducting fraud investigations

  • Explore and evaluate commercial and residential investment opportunities in the UK real estate market for customer offerings.

  • Maintain strict customer confidentiality and ensure compliance with security regulations

  • Liaise across departments within the Bank

  • Manage customer records, handle complaints, and provide reports to Senior Staff

  • Communicate relevant information to customers regarding their funds, market conditions, and trends

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills and fluency in spoken Arabic required

  • CeMAP Qualification preferred

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Previous experience working in a similar support role within the banking sector, ideally with private clients

  • Ideally a Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a banking related field

  • Ability to interact with both colleagues and customers in professional and respectful manner
