B2B Customer Service Specialist (Claims) – Spanish speaking

Salary: Up to £28k p.a. dependent on experience + Excellent Benefits

West London

Hybrid with 2 days in office per week

12-month contract – possibility of extension

(LRS) Language Recruitment Services is currently looking for a dedicated and motivated Spanish speaking B2B Customer Service Specialist for our client, an international company based in West London.

Candidates should be well-organised and proactive, with strong communication skills and a background in B2B Customer Service. Apply Now!

B2B Customer Service Specialist - Main Duties:

  • Managing and resolving B2B customer claims and disputes

  • Creating credit and debit notes, and dealing with deductions

  • Adhering to company procedures and policies for conflict resolution

  • Ensuring accurate Order entry and management using system

  • Building effective relationships with both external and internal stakeholders (Sales, Logistics, Finance, Customer care)

Skills needed:

  • Fluency in Spanish, as well as English to native level

  • Previous relevant experience in B2B customer service, claims management, or order management preferred

  • Strong MS Office skills including excellent Excel

  • Adaptable, problem-solving and organised work approach

  • Excellent communication, customer service and prioritisation skills

  • Order Management systems experience is advantageous

  • Understanding of supply chain process
