​B2B Customer Service Team Leader

Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office, 3 days from home

12-month contract – possibility of extension

(LRS) Language Recruitment Services is currently looking for a proactive and dedicated Customer Service Team Leader for our client, an international company based in West London.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Team Leader:

  • Provide support to the B2B claims and disputes team to ensure timely resolution of disputes and queries

  • Liaising effectively with both external and internal stakeholders (Sales, Logistics, Finance, other Suppliers)

  • People management; Organising team rota, holidays

  • Setting and monitoring KPIs of team members

  • Monitoring customer feedback and implementing improvements to processes and services within the business

  • Preparing regular reports for senior management

 

Requirements of the Customer Service Team Leader:

  • Native fluency in English, written and spoken

  • Fluency in other languages such as French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, German is desirable

  • Previous relevant experience as a Customer Service Manager, Customer Service Team Leader or Credit Control Manager in a claims management, or order management environment preferred

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Interest in helping clients and other team members

  • A Global outlook and proactive approach

  • Excellent team player with the ability to multitask

  • Strong MS Office skills and relevant IT packages
