Responsibilities of the Customer Service Team Leader with Italian:
Provide support to the B2B claims and disputes team to ensure timely resolution of disputes and queries
Liaising effectively with both external and internal stakeholders (Sales, Logistics, Finance, other Suppliers)
People management; Organising team rota, holidays
Setting and monitoring KPIs of team members
Monitoring customer feedback and implementing improvements to processes and services within the business
Preparing regular reports for senior management
Requirements of the Customer Service Team Leader with Italian:
Excellent level of English and fluency in Italian
Previous relevant experience as a Customer Service Manager, Customer Service Team Leader or Credit Control Manager in a claims management, or order management environment preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Interest in helping clients and other team members
A Global outlook and proactive approach
Excellent team player with the ability to multitask
Strong MS Office skills and relevant IT packages
