Will have previous experience in a similar position: electronic or electrical engineering support or client service or trouble shooting and the drive to deliver world-class technical support for European clients

 

Fluency in BOTH English and French OR Italian OR Spanish is essential for this position.

Bilingual Electrical Technical Support Executive – Main Duties:

 

 

  • Answer queries across multiple communication channels
  • Deliver technical expertise on company’s products, services and systems
  • Investigate any product or system issue and troubleshoot where required
  • Ensure internal records are up-to-date and escalate client feedback where necessary
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure clients are serviced effectively and professionally
  • Assist on Ad hoc technical support project
  • Some travelling to other company sites might be required from time to time

 

Bilingual Electrical Technical Support Executive – Requirement:

 

  • Fluency in English and French OR Italian OR Spanish Essential
  • Degree in Electrical engineering or electronics
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Effective communicator with a client service mind-set
  • Ability to work efficiently within a team and interface with other departments
  • Capacity to identify troubleshoot issues in the field
  • Hands-on and can-do attitude
  • Resilient and innovative problem solver
