LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is recruiting a Bilingual Scientific Administrator to join a large public sector European Union (EU) agency based in Canary Wharf.
You must have a degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences, an excellent command of English (oral and written), and a thorough knowledge of another official language of the European Union.

Bilingual Scientific Administrator – EU Languages, Duties:
- Attending pre-submission meetings
- Ensuring the GCP and PhV validation of applications to the Centralised Procedure
- Co-ordinating GCP and pharmacovigilance compliance inspections
- Providing scientific secretarial support; preparing agendas, following up of actions
- Co-ordinating GCP, GLP, and PhV inspections
- Supporting the development of guidelines and procedures
- Supporting other Scientific Administrators as required

Bilingual Scientific Administrator– EU Languages, Profile:
- Excellent fluency in English and thorough knowledge of another EU language, either: Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Icelandic, Irish, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Luxembourgish, Maltese, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Slovene, Spanish and Swedish
- Degree in Pharmacy / Life Sciences
- Good knowledge of MS Office

Candidates should be available to start a contract at short notice.
