Dynamic Business Development Executive for global professional consulting company London.  Consultative/warm pitches, potential to travel.
LRS (Language Recruitment Services) are recruiting a Business Development Executive (European Languages such as French or German or  Dutch preferred) for a leading international Business Services provider based in the heart of London. We are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic and "hands-on" individual to join an expanding  tight-knit and professional team . The role will suit someone with experience in business development or account management with potential to do business development.  European and Eastern European languages will be an advantage and candidates should be free to travel in the UK and Europe to client sites. 
The New Business team is responsible for attracting new clients as well as identifying prospects and managing the business development process. This role will  be focused on the UK Market mainly with exposure to European business partners also.

Business Development Executive – Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Grow client portfolio
• Identify potential clients, by researching and monitoring global developments
• Set up and attend meetings with perspective clients
• Liaise with internal departments to develop proposals
• Negotiate prices
• Reach positive conclusions, managing any objections or differences
• Consultative sales, no cold calling
• Full training on product will be provided
• Visit clients in the UK and sometimes Europe

 Business Development Executive – Requirements:
• Fluent in English to native level with -French or German or Dutch or  Russian languages
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to clearly communicate complex issues
• Experience in Account Management/Business development knowledge of a CRM system 
• Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with figures and numerical data for calculation purposes
• Pro-active personality, showing initiative, the ability to prioritise, and a team player attitude
Excellent training is offered, to support a dynamic and professional Business Development Executive with strong client relationship building skills.
