LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is recruiting an English or Spanish speaking Client Services Executive for a leading Business Solutions company based in Central London.

The role will suit a dynamic graduate with professional client facing experience, and a solid team-player. Working with the UK and USA client base, you will have the opportunity to work afternoon/evenings leaving precious time for morning activities at the Gym or other interests.

We are seeking a pro-active and "hands-on" individual to join their existing professional team.

Responsibilities of the English or Spanish speaking Client Services Executive:

•Responsible for liaising with clients, managing and maintaining excellent client relationships in the UK and USA regions.

•Meeting with clients regularly at conferences and events, both abroad and in the UK

•Training and mentoring other members of the Account Management team

•Gathering intelligence from clients on their needs and business requirements

•Acting as the primary customer contact for business enquiries

•Dealing with quotations and orders

•Offering support with new product information

Requirements of the English or Spanish speaking Client Relationship Manager:

•Fluency in English, Spanish would be a bonus

•Excellent people, communication, and presentation skills

•Outgoing personality, able to work closely within a team

•Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solver with the ability to manage priorities

•Comfortable working with figures and numerical data for quotations
