French speaking Conference Coordinator events and trade shows

Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently looking for a French speaking Conference Coordinator events and trade shows to work for a prestigious Company based in London

- Duties:

• Coordination with speakers and sponsors via phone calls and emails
• Managing conference programmes
• Coordinating marketing and promotional deadlines
• Preparing conference contracts
• Drafting conference presentations
• Attending conferences, supporting speakers

• Databases and documents management

• Proof-reading conference materials

• Escalating issues

French speaking Conference Coordinator must have:

• Fluent in French and English is a must
• Great communication and organisational skills
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong budget skills
• Flexibility, enjoying travelling and attending events
