Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently looking for a Credit Control Administrator for a major company experiencing rapid growth, based in North West London.

 

The successful candidate will be working in the European Financial shared service centre. If you want to work for a global corporation, in a friendly, multilingual and multicultural environment, this role is for you! You will be liaising with key internal and external partners, using your excellent interpersonal and administrative skills, with the opportunity of using your languages.

 

 

 

• Setting up and updating customer data on internal system

• Creating credit reports and requesting increases in credit limits where needed

• Sending out invoices to clients

• Managing the team inbox

• Chasing customer overdue payments

• Maintaining database and document filing 

• Managing other ad hoc tasks quickly and efficiently

 

 

• Fluency in English and another European language

• Experience in a credit control/accounts receivable team, with knowledge of Credit and Collections

• Knowledge of SAP ideal

• Accounting administration experience is a solid advantage

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills

• Excellent telephone manner and written skills in both languages

• High level of organisation and a keen eye for detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel
