CSM - Customer Success Manager E-commerce / SaaS Technology Duties:

•Managing Customers independently increasing customers’ base
•Account growth implementation through retention and upselling
•Accounts and client’s relationship building
•Delivery growth plans both short term and or upsell.
•Performance data analysis and insights delivery

CSM - Customer Success Manager E-commerce / Saas Technology - In order to apply for this exciting role you will need to have:

•Previous customer success experience
•Strong organizational skills as well as being technically saavy
