LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is currently seeking Danish speakingCustomer Service Advisors for their client, an international investment advising company in London.


Duties of the Danish speaking Customer Service Advisors:

  • Answering inbound calls from clients and providing excellent customer service

  • Advising on company procedures and policies for conflict resolution

  • Building effective relationships with both external and internal stakeholders


Requirements of the Danish Speaking Customer Service Advisor:

  • Fluency in Danish with good business English

  • Some experience in a customer facing role is preferred but will consider recent graduates.

  • Strong MS Office skills

  • Adaptable, problem-solving and organised work approach

  • Excellent communication, customer service and prioritisation skills

  • Ability to use initiative and an interest in the finance markets would be a plus.
