LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is currently seeking Danish speakingCustomer Service Advisors for their client, an international investment advising company in London.
Duties of the Danish speaking Customer Service Advisors:
Answering inbound calls from clients and providing excellent customer service
Advising on company procedures and policies for conflict resolution
Building effective relationships with both external and internal stakeholders
Requirements of the Danish Speaking Customer Service Advisor:
Fluency in Danish with good business English
Some experience in a customer facing role is preferred but will consider recent graduates.
Strong MS Office skills
Adaptable, problem-solving and organised work approach
Excellent communication, customer service and prioritisation skills
Ability to use initiative and an interest in the finance markets would be a plus.
