As the first point of contact for customers based in the Germany and the UK, you will thrive to deliver outstanding sales and client service using your strong interpersonal and communication skills

Customer Service Advisor – German Speaking

 Main requirements:

• Fluency in German and English
• Background in customer service, reservation or sales administration
• Well-spoken with friendly phone manner
• Good IT skills
• Organised, able to prioritise workload
• Self-starter with ability to work as part of a team
• Can-do and positive mindset
