LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is recruiting for Customer Service Advisor for their client, an international fashion company in London

​

The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for responding to customer queries via email, live chat, phone and social media in a timely and professional manner.

​

Duties of the Customer Service Advisor:

• Respond to customer queries through live chat, email and social media

• Liaising with logistics to solve delivery issues with customers

• Deal with warranty claims for customers

• Translation of documents and correspondence where necessary

• Review website daily and escalate any issues

• Assist in training and mentoring new recruits

• Support the management team with ad hoc tasks

• Work with the team to identify and highlight customer trends

Requirements of the Customer Service Advisor:

• Fluency in English to native level

• Some experience within a customer service environment and on-line contact

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Computer literate

• Interest fashion would be a bonus

• Strong interest or experience with using social media
