LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is seeking a German and French speaking Customer Service Advisor for their client, a global brand based in S.W London, near to Wimbledon, Chertsey, Sunbury On Thames and only 30 minutes from Waterloo. Great opportunity for a trilingual German/French speaker to work in a cosmopolitan and vibrant international company whilst utilising your language and excellent communication skills daily.

Customer Service Adviser with German & French Duties:
• Managing both German and French speaking customer service queries
• Describing Customer Service solutions to either German or French speaking customers
• Creating digital customer service solutions to customers via phone, emails and video
• Dealing with clients emails and request in a consultative and professional fashion
• Relationship building
• Learning new CS tools and techniques

Customer Service Adviser - German & French speaking - in order to apply for this exciting role, you will need to have:
• Fluency in German and French as well as English
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong phone, email customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• Team player
