Our client, a Multinational company based in Kent (accessible from London Charing Cross, London Bridge and some stations in East London) is currently recruiting for a Customer Service coordinator with Arabic.

This is an involved position which will see you responsible for the co-ordination of all customer related issues, following-up of all enquiries and maintaining customer satisfaction. Your duties will be varied: you will provide quotations, process orders and follow the progression of these, handle queries and maintain contact with existing customers as well as potential customers to ensure good customer care.

To be considered for this role, you will need to be completely fluent in both Arabic and English. Previous experience within a customer services environment is preferred.

Moreover, you need to be a strong communicator, able to think on your feet with a keen sense of initiative.

You will need to reside in, or within commutable distance of Dartford - car owner ideal.
