Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is recruiting a B2B Client service coordinator for an international supplier in the research and health sector.

This role requires German language skills as some experience in business customer service, sales administration, delivery management, order processing or management of Field Service requests.

Main Duties:

  • Manage the full cycle of clients’ service requests from log in orders to invoicing

  • Coordinate the dispatch of parts and field engineers for installations, repairs, and maintenance work

  • Resolve disputes as well as stock discrepancies

  • Deliver excellent customer services to customers and commercial partners

  • build strong work relationships with internal regional managers, engineers, finance, and sales teams

 

Customer Service Coordinator - Profile:

  • Fluency in German spoken and written

  • Fluent level of English

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Organised and ability to prioritise and work towards deadlines

  • Great attention to details and problem-solving mind-set

  • Confident user of MS Office skills and CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards)

  • Previous experience in a similar role in business customer service ideal
