LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is currently seeking either a Czech or Slovak speaking Digital Content Customer Service Advisor based In Milan Italy

You will be working in their cosmopolitan and vibrant international company

Digital Helpdesk Content Customer Service – Czech or Slovak speaking - Duties:

• Managing either Czech or Slovak speaking digital and content queries
• Describing content and digital solutions to either Czech or Sloval speaking customers
• Creating digital customer service solutions to customers via phone, emails and video
• Dealing with clients emails and request in a consultative and professional fashion
• Relationship building
• Learning new digital tools and techniques

Digital Helpdesk Content Customer Service - Czech or Slovak speaking - In order to apply for this exciting role you will need to have:

• Fluent in either Czech and or Slovak as well as English
• Excellent communication skills
• Manage various tasks
• Strong phone , email and social media skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Interest in either digital or web content CSM, CRM or other web tools
