LRS are currently recruiting for a German Customer Service Rep Specialist for a creative company with clients all over Europe

German speaking Customer Service Support Representative - Key Duties:

Client’s German speaking Customer service support to Germany Austria and Switzerland while providing excellent coordination and quality communication always

 Providing information about product information as well as pricing and solving technical problems to the German and Dach markets

Working on return of products credits and refunds

 Supporting supervisors and other members of the team

Mapping opportunities and improvements of systems and escalating them to the team

German Customer Service Rep Support Representative – to apply you will have:

 • Fluency in German as well as English language (written & spoken)

• Previous experience or internship (at least 9 months) in Customer Service or client support or similar

• Great relationship building skills

 • A consultative telephone approach (non aggressive)

• Strong attention to details
