Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is recruiting a French Speaking Customer Service Manager for their client, an environmental services company based in London. A well-established business in the international market providing for some of the world’s most leading brands, you will have the opportunity to cover the French marketplace and support the rapid growth of customer service advisors.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Manager – French Speaking:
• Respond professionally and promptly to customers’ enquiries
• Train new customer service advisors, manage appraisals and promotions
• Analyse quality the quality of communication of the customer service team and suggest areas of improvement
• Answer incoming calls and transfer to the right department
• Process orders and refunds
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer queries in a timely manner
• Ensure SLAs are met at all times by the customer service team
Requirements of the Customer Service Manager – French Speaking:
• Fluent French to native level and an excellent level of English
• Strong communication and influential skills
• Experience as a Customer Service Manager OR Customer Service Team Leader
• Highly organised and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent team player with the ability to multitask
