Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is recruiting a Customer Service Manager with French for their client, a fashion brand based in London. You will have the opportunity to join a well-established business to cover European territories and support the rapid growth of customer service advisors.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity if you are a Customer Service Manager OR Customer Service Team Leader, work in the fashion industry and develop your client service and team leading skills in a multi-cultural team with and a social environment.

 

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Manager with French:

  • Support the team with responding professionally and promptly to customers’ enquiries

  • Train new customer service advisors, manage appraisals and promotions

  • Monitor KPIs: analyse the quality of communication of the customer service team and suggest areas of improvement

  • Organise and manage team rotas

  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer queries in a timely manner

  • Prepare weekly reports for the Commercial Manager

 

Requirements of the Customer Service Manager with French:

  • Excellent level of English and fluency in French

  • Strong communication and influential skills

  • Interest in helping clients and other team members

  • Experience as a Customer Service Manager OR Customer Service Team Leader

  • Highly organised, pro-active and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent team player with the ability to multitask

  • Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel
