Job Title: Customer Support Executive with French or Spanish

Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently looking for an experienced Customer Support Executive ideally with French or Spanish language skills for our client, a prestigious luxury design company in West London or near Leicester. This is a great opportunity to utilise your languages and gain valuable experience in B2B customer support.
Duties of the Customer Support Executive with French or Spanish
• Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction. by processing all incoming queries from the French European export markets promptly and efficiently.
• Provide Sales Support to the Field Sales Managers and other team members.
• Dealing with incoming calls and emails from customers and processing orders.
• Offer customers additional products and services
• Manage complaints and delivery enquires
• Use web chat to talk to the client in real time
• Liaising with the Commercial Department regarding stock levels and account departments regarding credit levels.
• General office admin and procedures.
• Provide sales information to the Sales Managers as requested.
• Take own initiative to learn about products and prove additional support to the team when possible.
• Provide ad hoc support where needed
Requirements of the Customer Support Executive with French or Spanish
• Knowledge of Spanish or French highly desirable
• High standard of written and spoken English
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• 1yr minimum customer service experience.
• Organised, good at multi tasker
• Motivated and friendly
• Able to work as part of a team
