Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is recruiting a Brazilian Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Representative for their client, a leading and well-established marketing company based in Portsmouth, operating worldwide with excellent partnerships with their clients.

Responsibilities of the Customer Support Representative – Brazilian Portuguese Speaking:

• Respond professionally to customers’ enquiries via email, phone, online chat and social media

• Accurately log queries and communication into internal systems until issues are resolved

• Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer queries in a timely manner

• Ensure SLAs set by management are met at all times

• Ensure CRM systems are up fully to date

Requirements of the Customer Support Representative – Brazilian Portuguese Speaking:

• Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese to native level and a good level of English

• Inquisitive and a keen interest in establishing a career in customer service

• Strong communication skills and highly organised

• Good prioritisation skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Shift work required – Monday to Sunday from 10am to midnight, 37.5 hours per week with two days off
