LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is recruiting a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative for their client, a leading and well-established wholesaler based in London, operating worldwide with excellent partnerships with their clients.

Responsibilities of the Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative:


  • Respond professionally to customers’ enquiries via email, phone, online chat and social media

  • Accurately log queries into internal systems

  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer queries in a timely manner

  • Ensure SLAs set by management are met at all times

  • Ensure CRM systems are up fully to date


Requirements of the Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative:


  • Fluent in Dutch to native level and a good level of English

  • Experience in a customer facing role

  • Inquisitive and a keen interest in establishing a career in customer service

  • Strong communication skills and highly organised

  • Good prioritisation skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
