Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently recruiting a Danish Speaking Customer Service Agent, to join their client, a leading nutrition supplier based in Essex. Ideally, you will be a gifted communicator who thrives on delivering excellent customer service to Danish speaking clients via email, phone, and specified social media channels. Danish Customer Service Agent - Main Duties:
• Reply to client’s requests through email and/or incoming call and aim to resolve their queries within the first reply
• Manage queries within set timeframes
• Handle all issues with utmost efficiency and providing an excellent customer experience
• Work as part of a team and reporting on any trends in incoming queries
• Offer translation support from English into Danish
• Ad hoc social media projects and content writing on company’s social media outlet

Danish Customer Service Agent - Main Requirements:
• Native level fluency in spoken and written Danish together with good English language skills
• Able to work in fast pace environment with friendly personality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer Service experience is a plus but not essential
• Experience in retail would be beneficial although not essential
• Role is based on business park so own transport would be beneficial although the location is accessible by public transport

Working Hours and benefits:
• 8am to 5 pm Monday to Friday
