Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is recruiting a Dutch speaking Customer service coordinator to join the London team of for an international group in the leisure industry.

As the first point of contact for customers based in the Netherlands and the UK, you will thrive to deliver outstanding sales and client service using your strong interpersonal and communication skills

Dutch Customer Service Advisor Main duties:
- Answer inbound queries and process orders
- Advise clients on holiday packages
- Up/cross selling

Dutch Customer Service Advisor Main requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch or Flemish and English
- Background in customer service, reservation or sales administration ideal but wilkl consider candidates without experience
- Well-spoken with friendly phone manner
- Good IT skills
- Organised, able to prioritise workload
- Self-starter with ability to work as part of a team
- Can-do and positive mindset
