Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is recruiting a Dutch speaking Customer Service Advisor for a global manufacturing company in London. You may be required to attend training in the London office and work remotely thereafter for foreseeable future.
As the first point of contact for customers based in the Netherlands and the UK, you will strive to deliver excellent client services using your strong interpersonal and communication skills

Dutch Customer Service Advisor - Main duties:
Answer inbound customer queries via phone, email and social media
Liaise with internal departments to provide customer support
Log all communications on internal system
Ensure customers are kept updated
Dutch Customer Service Advisor - Main requirements:
Fluency in Dutch or Flemish and English
Background in customer service, reservations or sales administration
Well-spoken with friendly phone manner
Considerate and adaptable work approach
Good IT skills
Organised, able to work in a high-pressure environment
Can-do and positive mindset
